Doing everything under the sun. Programming and servicing existing machines, making new machines from scratch, retrofitting old machines with new controls, consultation, plant lay outs, process analysis. you name it.

SteezyYeeteri put up tents, for events and the such. so i guess it's like construction lite. my coworkers are usually high, sometimes homeless. happy to report none of them have gone to jail for assault (jury found him innocent 💯).

Set up tents > install solar > become electrician seems to be the classic Vermont thing to do

Software Engineer. Weekend warrior for sure, but live close enough to several dawn patrol spots that I have close to 20 days in the backcountry so far this year. Excited to move next year where theres night skiing and still have dawn patrol options. Plus, 3 weeks of PTO per year means thats at least 10 powder days I can take off

I started my apprenticeship doing undergrounds but sadly I work for a different company now that mostly does high rises. I honestly miss digging.

I’m able to work in the US, Canada, and Europe without needing a work visa, I have two years of internship experience mainly doing dev-ops, building api’s / micro services, data science and machine learning, I know python, c / c++ / c#, sql, docker, and have a fair bit of knowledge in network protocols. I’m graduating this spring with a CS major and Math minor. I’d really appreciate it the job search has been rough. Of course I love to ski and be outside, pm me an I can send you my resume. What trade? Network a little bit and you should be able to move laterally to another trade if you're in a low level position. Or start your own thing and work for yourself?

Homie I barely graduated with a 2.0, there’s tons of different jobs that don’t require a degree. I got mine solely off a web developer bootcamp certificate.

Theres similar things for grant writing, GIS, research positions, message therapist, etc… . Most places just care about a work ethic and showing up
