mitt.nedlumStretch stretch stretch also ice and rest when it gets really bad. I started the season stretching my shins every day and didn't have any shin bang. Then I got lazy and stopped. Within two days boom major shin bang was back. I only do like five or six stretches but they really help

primitivefellayo guys ive been getting hella shin bang for the past 2 seasons and i’ve tried everything; booster straps, inserts, tightening boots more, tib/calf strengthening, etc. but i still get shin bang basically every time i ski. its not all from back seat landings either, and im not skiing in the back seat, but every time i leave the groomers the shin bang just builds up. rn ive got a pair of k2 mindbender 100 boots with the expert booster straps on em; do yall think it would be worth it to get a pair of 3 piece boots in an attempt to avoid more shin bang?
