Fat delam under the binding. Worried it’ll blow up if I have a big landing. I’ve already tried to clamp epoxy between the layers but they immediately came apart. What do I do
yeah sorry man those are toast. i don't even necessarily doubt that you did a decent epoxy job, there's not much you can do at that point. if you epoxy the shit out of them you could keep riding them til they totally give up the ghost but i wouldn't do anything sketchy on them... might as well get started finding replacements

Would it destroy the structural integrity of the ski if I drilled small screws to hold the sheets together with epoxy ?

i mean, would you drill right through the base? i don't think that'd be worth it. you can keep skiing them into the ground if you want but be aware that they could go at any time
how long have they been opened up like that, and did water get in much? the biggest catastrophic issue you face now is the core getting wet therefore weak and snapping. if they haven't gotten too wet inside yet, and you dry them out as best as possible then epoxy them really well (some people on here have some good advice etc on that), they might last you a little longer depending on what you use them for/how much you want to roll the dice. that's my 2 cents

that’s a great idea tbh. i might recommend you drill a hole through the entire thing and then put screws in from the base and fasten with washers and nuts on the top sheet. then you could crank it down with a wrench and keep tightening it over time as it loosens or whatever. would probably last the season depending. you can grind the end of the screw down on the base to make it flush

You can keep using them to a degree but you gotta find a new pair of skis, unfortunately. I have a pair of skis that something similar happened - the binding heel tried to rip out, ended up compromising the core and breaking the composite layers above the core but the topsheet and sidewalls held it together enough for me to ski to the car and epoxy it up (G-flex 650 only) with like 6 clamps. I used them one day for urban and a few times for pvc sessions. They work okay but I really keep it very mellow and dont do anything high consequence if they were to fail on me.
