More of a jump of the lip of the rail kinda guy. Don’t concern myself with rails or thickness of rails. I have been punch by multiple park crew members from a various numbers of mountains.

For thickness specifically:
Toothpick ( less than 1.5")
Handrail (1.5" to 3.5")
Tube (3.5" to 7")
Fat tube (7" and up)
