VISHNUThe whole idea is in its infancy still, when I said non-park ski I didn't mean non twin tip. I'm imagining a ski that you could ride in the park if you felt like it, but that's not necessarily what it is designed for.

I personally don't ski much powder/cliffs (It hurts my knees and I'm a pretty lazy skier generally) but if the people on the team need a ski that I don't have, I need to make it. Last year Dak had to ride a pair of K2's when doing the 686 product shoot thing because the wide plus couldn't hold up in the cascade cement. That is obviously unacceptable. I made the wet plus because I saw bigger/taller people on the squad needed something stiffer, made the Wide because we were skiing a lot at Brighton (variable conditions) and made the Key because Kysen needed something he could take to the bottom on a rodeo 9 at PC.

If the needs of the group dictate a product, it is my job to provide that product. As the Labor bros age they have been riding a lot at Alta and Snowbird, it's time to make them a ski for that. Vishnu isn't going to pivot completely to being a fuckin full arteryx yewping from the lift type brand, don't worry. I'm going to make like 20 pairs of this new ski, give it out to the team and see what happens, just like I always do.

I'll be jibbing picnic tables until I'm 40, but its good to try new things.

I do like the name Tank though the more I think about it.
