what in the holy hell were you doing? freestyle in race boots?
here is a shot of my brand new dalbellos, that im happy skiing in as an old man...
you can see i get some flex at 110 in to the flexible tongue. but this binds to the back of the fixed boot... causing chaos/pain. if you are strapped up and skiing boner style like will wesson, you will eventually have bruised shins. if you see wally landing backwards in pow on IG, you can see he comes away from the back of the boot like his legs are broken, this is how giray and tanner lost their achilles tendons. if the back of the boot had a forward suspended lean, instead of the fixed back, as i patented a decade ago, we would be skiing freestyle. the butterfly effect would be no trained aerials. ahmet wouldnt me surfing in indonesia, and all would be well.
cheers!
Icant_kfedNo this is what happens when your missing a buckle and have over 200 days on original liners, they fit perfectly a couple years ago
Break out mom’s credit card time for new ones. In all seriousness I’ve got buckles for the soul shells if you need one PM me what one it is and your size and I’ll send you one.

They’re b/e pros, I have a replacement shipping but just wanted to go to mt snow because I bought a pass and have been too busy with school to actually use it until today
i threw my B+E in the trash... the most painful boot , right next to the dalbello 120 i just threw away.
if you ski aggressively in fixed race boots, there is no boot fitter that can help you.
i noticed you have no videos, imagine what your shins would look like if you were hitting big kickers...

I’ve loved mine so far, but the only other boot I’ve owned was an all track 90 so there isn’t much competition there. Surgeon told me to avoid jumps, already had to graft cartilage in one of my hips so that isnt going to be an issue thankfully

hopped on the dalbello train this year and I'm not turning back. even the 90 flex is good enough for me

would you mind posting a video of you flexing them out , clicked in on carpet?
when boots dont flex, it hurt the shins... and works against knees/hips/back/neck improperly.

Forrest.Gumpwe used to cut the plastic apart on the lower shell to allow the back to flex with the front...
its called a flat tire.
i feel like my shin strap has a lot of give if i drive it hard and i don’t get shin bang from landing forward, only when i land back seat. As long as the tung of the boot can still flex forward with your shin it’s fine, right?

Pretty sure I saw you urinate on a homeless man at wachusett last season.

My bootfitted boots (Roxas) are approaching 150 days, and fit almost as good as new. I am gonna get new liners because it's packing out and my heel is lifting a bit. My brother has FT first chairs that still fit perfectly good after almost 5 seasons but he got new liners at the beginning of last year. Point is, if you even take a little care of your boots and get them bootfitted, most any boot will last a long time without giving you problems.
