Hey guys, trying to upgrade my boot setup and have been looking for either the Atomic Dual Strap or a Patriot Tru-Strap, but they're seemingly unavailable everywhere. Any alternatives, or places I can buy these? Thanks.
Give any Atomic retailer this name and part number. Have them call dealer services and see if they are in stock:
Redster Professional Dual Strap

.nastyI just checked our ordering platform and they're out of stock with no future availability dates. Sorry bud.
I'm guessing you've already decided against a booster strap, any reason why?
Honestly, I've never used either. I just saw that the atomic ones seem to have a pretty good rep and are pretty advanced, but if there isn't that big of a difference between those and a booster strap, maybe ill just get the booster strap.

There's definitely a difference, the atomic one with not only wrap the upper cuff of the shell, but also your liner. However, try a booster strap, it's all I use and love it. I tried the atomic strap and it was pretty cool but ultimately stiffer than I wanted higher on the boot (since it's over the liner) and felt a bit harsh when skiing more freestyle-y.

I'm eyeing the expert/race booster strap, I weigh around 180 and am 6'1. Park skier. Good option? or too stiff?

Yeah the expert is what I use and I'm about the same as you. Not too stiff at all, just don't go further and get the world cup, the expert is stiffer while still retaining the awesome rebound properties that booster straps are known for.
I can recommend boosters, way better than basic strap. You can have tight fit and they still have some elasticity when under load, also adjusting them between runs is faster and easier because you dont need to undo the whole strap.
Had them for years now on every singe boot i had and have. From doberman raceboots, fulltilts, resort boot and touring. Intermediate on fulltilts and experts on everything else.

I just picked up some experts. Hopefully they make the difference everyone claims
The atomic strap is very good. If you leave the velcro loose it's basically a booster cause then just the elastic part on the shell is engaged. Then you also have the option to crank the velcro to snug them up over the liner.

Which strap do you recommend for someone who skis more often than not. I’ve been in the market for one.
I've installed my booster strap literally on top of my boot's original power strap (I believe I had to swap the power straps on each boot to get them to go the right direction) to simulate the Patriot dual straps and they work great. I use the boot's original power strap to go over the boot liner and the Booster strap to go over the shell.
expert. Intermediate was fine on my FTs but on any other boot i have it would be too soft imo. Now i would use experts for FTs too if they were still in use. Haven't skied world cups and don't feel any reason to go stiffer than experts.
