BradFiAusNzCoCaI know people who have. Harder at Vail Resorts since they scan individually and look. Basically be covered up and make sure you’re within similar-ish size to the pass holder and don’t look too different if you get stopped. Not that I recommend this though.
PS many big resorts offer $100+ To lifties for catching people doing this. The resorts might threaten to prosecute (or say they can) but realistically the pass holder and you will just be banned for a year or more.

Not sure if you are aware but they stopped selling Epic passes over a month ago fyi.

SteezyYeeteri was lowk gonna complain on here about why tf lifties care about the passes but that explains it.
OP don't do it, my friend let his friend use his pass once and got the cops called on him (take that with a grain of salt). don't mess with vail though it's not worth it.

I actually see more people get pulled to the side who are wearing face masks, and asked to pull them down. Maybe consider trying to blend in and be confident.
If they get it pulled, don't have them incriminate someone else, they should just say they found it in the lot and take the blame. This gives the owner a better chance of getting it back by saying they "lost it".
Vail is the devil and does have the lawyers to try and push charges.
