this is all too relevant to the fact that trained freestyle skiing is whack af,
you can train a triple on a fucking scooter.
you cant train the freestyle skiing i did over my two decade career of freestyle skiing.

i mean i'm not gonna pretend i don't see what you're saying but it's all pretty arbitrary, what we ride or don't, isn't it? and i think a stomped triple 14 on literally anything is impressive. i've never had the balls to try a trip even off a cliff/bridge into water

Is it "hard"? sure but its not good looking, but just because you or I have never done a triple doesn't mean we can't express our opinion about it. Its a wack rotation on a scooter, even the BMX rotations like this look bad IMO but at least theyre on a bike.

Its like someone doing a triple on snowblades, im sure it was hard but nobody cares, do it on real skis.

Nick Lyons was the Zahner of the 2000s, did kind of get fucked by the industry, he's not better than Dale Talkington tho which for some reason he thinks he is

Nick lyons is a legit skier, I don’t think a lot of ppl on this site realize that he is genuinely a good ass skier with creative ass tricks as well as dubs. Also we had that legendary day at a basin together

unfortunately, im nick lyons, im a complete loser in denial for twenty years... its like my mom secretly shadowed and destroyed my life, and then swept it off NS and google search..?
how dare i call dale and 4bi9 out for not producing after winning $100k from nike. i cant believe i thought i was even in the TGR contest ! i didnt even land it when i skied off that building.
and yeah, when dale started doing un-natty nosebutters on to rails, i cried in my sleep...

i know who he is, yeah he's a great skier but that doesn't mean that much. lots of great skiers haven't made it big, it's not a conspiracy against them

Not true, but he was for sure one of the first people to actually start buttering onto rails and do tech with them but they were invented at least 5 years prior

He was super talented and hungry but the big film crews didn't see the vision. The comp scene used to be pretty rigged and i think that left him pretty jaded and why he hates on competition skiing so much. He also was a little Loco and didn't film a lot so brands weren't interested. He for sure had the talent that other pros in his Era had, but I think ultimately he lacked the "aesthetics" and that's why barely anyone knows him.

He's a little schizo and I don't agree with most things he says, but I always try to make sure people know he's one of the best skiers that actively uses these forums and does know at least some industry talk (even if it's super skewed because of his biases).

the truth is, i was out of control as a kid. i sold weed, drank from the bottle, smoked cigs....partied all night long, and showed up to the mountain at noontime, for shane mcfalls to make fun of me while i did 270 on-bluntslides....
rumors about me and my life include not knowing im a genius... i sold weed to little kids... i aint shit and never gonna be shit...have no friend no family...blacksheeped...cant hit a nail... a little bitch...a racist... a rapist...poor boi...skifasteatass...yowhaddup....schizo...crazy...dont know what im talking about.... not a pro skier....
throughout my life, people would just destroy my life behind my back, (thats why i empathize with ankilla...i actually dont even know the dude, and im pretty sure he hates on me....) when i got to contests, i wasnt even judged. i did 1080s in 2004 and got no love, so i started style skiing, and got no love...i cant even go to breckenridge as my reputation has been thoroughly destroyed. i was attacked by the police, i was psychwarded and came home bacsue im not crazy in anyway, i own my own businesss , still shred, pickup hot ski girls while im at it, but i do live in complete isolation..... there are people on NS that interact with me, without being shitheads....and i dont have much interaction on any other social medias.... im old.
people shadow me and contact anyone i meet.... anyone that gets close to me , completely dissapears...
my member name N.L. and media accounts contributed amazing media to this site and i got the Anks...
you cant even search my name/videos on newschoolers
