5'11, 80kg, 1000skis all mountain, 178 or 186?

I am a one week a year skier that hasn't gone on a trip in 5 years, but i do like to push myself more than what you'd expect, i used to do backflips on the large kickers and i'm going to try to nail a cork 3 next trip to the alps;
