you can use them as decoration. you can cut a swallow tail or something dumb and ski them. you can donate them to someone who can’t afford skis. you can use them as rock skis for super early or late season, or you can ski them in the street.
Adirondack Ski bench is first answer. If you don't have that many you can make a ski wine holder with one ski. Add a binding for extra points (don't have a pic of my wine holder but quick google search will give insp)

I would make a shelf or something like that, have seen that being made with skateboards a lot, or if you don’t want to do that i would say mount them and let you tow yourself by a car thru the streets and just do dumb shit!
