Eli.braun98I'm interested to see the correlation between concussions and mental health
Voyage86one question asked if extreme sports have affected my mental health and i said yes as it was a yes or no question but i’m worried that you will read that as affected in a bad way even though they have affected my mental health extremely positively. keep that in mind i guess.
ReturnToMonkeyWtf is the fourth page? The way those questions were formatted sucked. It made me feel guilty that I like to exercise. They also really do not account for variability. Like "increasing intensity/frequency" doesn't make any sense. Over what period of time? If it's over my life like the other questions, I have no idea how to answer. If it's this week, I was sick last week. Kinda annoyed to spend so much time doing this to get on the final section and not be able to answer because of bad wording
lauraobermeyerdone, good luck with your project!
i feel like there should also be a note on the social/community/social media/culture aspect of the sport vs. the direct athletic and physical relationship to it- i find a lot more of the burnout/depressive symptoms i experience can be attributed more to the culture and social aspect of the sport rather than the actual act of doing the sport itself.
