Hi, I've been skiing the Line Sick Day 114 in 190 cm for a few years. I was generally quite unhappy with them, they were good in the big mountains on the open plains, but if the terrain was narrower, like in the woods, I was extremely unhappy with their maneuverability. Their extremely poor maneuverability was the reason I sold them. Now I have the K2 Reckoner 122 184 cm and I'm really excited about them, perfect maneuverability and even though they are quite soft they don't lack stability. I'm now looking for a second pair to go with them primarily for touring outside of resorts. I also want skis that are perfectly maneuverable, as I often ski in the woods. I now have the opportunity to buy the K2 Mindbender 116C 186cm for a bargain price (just under $300).
My main question is, will the Mindbenders have noticeably better maneuverability than the Line Sick Day had? Is there anyone who has ridden both skis and can compare?
Any other tips for relatively lightweight, maneuverable, powder skis suitable for touring would be appreciated. I'd like them to be at least somewhat stable(stability like the Reckoner 122 is enough). I also quite like the Atomic Bent 120, but the price is quite high and I'm worried about them being too light, especially in terms of durability and stability.
I am about 181 cm and weigh 65 kg.
Thank you in advance for your advice and tips.
