I like Armada and K2 because their gear is high quality (other than reckoner 102s), they make all kinds of park skis and their gear isn't batshit overpriced like a lot of brands are in Canada. I would buy ON3Ps if they weren't double the price.
Outerwear wise I like Capeesh the pants are great and Ferdi makes cool content. Not sold on their hoodie and jacket designs though.

All the local breweries that sell in the grocery stores.
I'm not gonna drive to the brewery itself for a $15 six pack. But if you have a winter seasonal beer in the grocery store, I'll buy it and hype it up to everyone on the lift
I will say ON3P. Not just becasue the ski's are good. But Scott has built something from the ground up. Plenty of brands have just slappped thier graphic on a Chinese ski, and given them to some instagram skiers. ON3P built something rare, an actual factory. The employee's also earn a living wage with decent benefits.

This is exactly why I would say Moment. I've ridden a handful of other ski brands over the years but for nearly 2 decades the only ones that haven't been sold off are Moments and a single pair of ON3P GrizzlyCorns.
Made in America is awesome, customer support that you can call and speak to a local is huge, the ability to call and just swing by the factory? that's sweet. They support their own local economy, employee snow days to ride the fresh pow after it dumped all night? that's gotta be so sweet. I don't know what employees at Moment across the board make but they do make one hell of a ski and employee retention seems to be pretty high. Across the 14 pairs I own I have zero complaints because when I have had complaints in the past Moment has always made it right.
