Replying to Annoyed at evo
My mistake ordering from evo to begin with but nobody local stocks what I wanted
Ordered a cast upgrade kit and received ATK freeraider 15s. They say they need to have the wrong bindings sent back and received before they can process a refund/replacement. They wouldn’t budge on sending the right binding sooner. Just seems like shitty customer service considering there’s zero actual obligation for me to send the wrong bindings back (per FTC) and they’re gonna hold my money until I do
All the more reason I shoulda bought local
