My mistake ordering from evo to begin with but nobody local stocks what I wanted

Ordered a cast upgrade kit and received ATK freeraider 15s. They say they need to have the wrong bindings sent back and received before they can process a refund/replacement. They wouldn’t budge on sending the right binding sooner. Just seems like shitty customer service considering there’s zero actual obligation for me to send the wrong bindings back (per FTC) and they’re gonna hold my money until I do

All the more reason I shoulda bought local

Kind of sounds like you're trying to get free bindings out this. Why are you reluctant to send the wrong ones back?

Do you have a local cast dealer? You could always just buy local for the same price and get a free mount out of it. Plus the upgrade kit is 300, i would kill to get raider 15s for that price. Honestly i would just keep them or sell them for more and make a profit

My locals sold out sadly or else I totally woulda bought from them. That would be kinda schemey but not a bad idea haha

Just keep or sell the atks that’s like $400 profit. D-structure (sick shop in Quebec) has upgrade kits in stock, not sure what options are like for shipping to US tho

Next time just shop with us, I would've offered an NSer discount on the cast kit.

Evo is so far removed from their original vibe as a rad shop, basically just corporate powerhouse style now.

How far are you guys from the peak 9 base lifts? I’m staying over at beaver run I think it’s called next month.

if you think about it from their perspective, it doesn't really make sense to refund you or send a replacement before confirming that they really did send you the wrong product. And the only way they can really do that is if you send it back to them first. Would be fair for them to cover the return shipping though
