Looking for a boot that is more supportive than full tilts

What up guys I have some full tilts and to be honest they are ass for anything other than park, like my foot flex too much. Especially with some larger skis that arnt small and light like vishnus.

im looking for something more supportive and sturdier than full tilts in the aspect it will keep my foot firm while not being a gay racing boot.


Y’all got any suggestion?

Try buying one that fits you instead of getting whatever brand is cool at the time

If they fit just change the tongues. Then you can go as stiff as you want.

I would look into Apex ski boots. Seems like they would be perfect for you

Look into Roxa elements. Way stiffer and supportive then a full tilt while still being three piece and lighter then ft too. Ofc talk to your boot fitter tho

Just search up 130 flex ski boots and choose one that isn’t full tilts. I have the salamon s pro 130 and I like them way more than full tilts.

Go to a boot fitter. If a “racing” boot fits the best that’s the best boot for you. One of my friends has the smallest feet ever and the boot that fits him best is a 93mm Lange race boot and he loves it. A lot of the guy on atomic use Redsters too I know Jossi wells did.

If it fits your feet though the Lange rx line is my favourite, same shell as a consumer race boot but there’s a shock absorbing foot board to take the sting outta bigger impacts, the liner in the race boots is a lot nicer though.

Luckily these days there are a lot of good fit options out there for low volume feet that are not race boots. Race boots can be good for the right thing , usually hard snow skiing, but for the skiing most people do in more variable conditions I really do think they have some drawbacks. If you really need the lowest volume I would personally go for a good non race boot with the features you need and get a foam injection liner to secure the feet. Yes it may end up being more expensive but it will be more suitable for most skiers in my opinion.
