Replying to How much difference in boot length BSL and bindings is fine

Bought new boots and had the shop adjust my skis to fit the new ones. The wouldnt adjust one pair because it was missing a piece and tbh they are old af. The bindings were originally adjusted for 326 BSL and the new boots are 325 BSL. Is it fine to ride? Theyre my urban skis anyway. Also separate question, what happens if you ride grip walk boots on non grip walk bindings? Is that a big no no?
