Replying to Which k2 flex boot?
I am looking for a new pair of boots this season and since my ski team gets huge discounts on k2 stuff, I've decided to go with another pair of flex boots since I've been riding full tilts for years now and they seem to work really well for me and they fit my narrow feet well. I'm currently on the first chair 100s and I'm looking to move up to maybe something a little stiffer, but I have a dilemma.
The Revolve Tom Wallisch boots come in a 100 flex tongue but they have the intuition wrap liner, which I prefer over the tongue liner. The Revolve Team boots come in a 120 flex which will probably be better for freeride skiing but they come with the tongue liner. I can't decide whether to go with the TWs and try to buy a stiffer flex tongue or go with the teams and suck it up with the tongue liner. I also know that it's been really hard to find replacement parts like tongues for the flex boots, and they don't have any parts in stock on k2s website.
Anyone have any recommendations?
