I remember the same problem I faced when I was mounting Tyrolia Attacks. There was a batch of these bindings with incorrect heel screws and there were a lot of mentions of this here and on TGR. However, I realized that on the first screw.
LemuelDimpled bases are definitely not ideal, bring them back to the shop. There are a number of reasons that could have happened.
I’ve had a couple pairs of skis dimple on the mount, but not as bad as what yours looks. I took a razor blade to mine and just skied them. At least mine was a self mount so I took it as my own mistake to learn from. I did have a shop slightly simple my Lizzie’s on their initial mount, that was a big sad moment.
