Your little non-trick powder stunt is not cool anymore

I'm sorry but popping up and then catching the snow with your tails tweaked out is not cool anymore. It's clapped out, and if you wanna stay ahead of the curve you're gonna have to come up with something else.

(I'm talking about when you do a little ollie and then tweak your tails out to the side and catch your tails as you land to swivel back to forward)

There are lots of fun tricks that are overused in edits, I love boosting a spread eagle off a side booter but im not putting 10 of those in an edit

It's all part of the fun for me. I enjoy keeping tabs on where skiing style is and then trying to think of new ways to innovate and add flair that is unique. I like the cycle of constantly evolving my skiing. I'll never stand out for skills alone but crafting a style that is uniquely your own is something I think is achievable for any kid that sets their mind to it.

I'll still add the ollie to tweaked tail catch to a line here and there, but for me it's time to put that little trick on the back burner and find some other little flourish that can add some spice to my skiing.

I don't hate it either, I'm not trying to stop people from doing it, and I definitely never said it's not fun. I'm just saying, in my opinion, it's no longer on the leading edge of style

Fellas, is it gay to explore new “flourishes” for the sake of partitioning your style from the other lames within your skill bracket??
