When Alterra took over Steamboat, I noted that the existing lift system couldn't handle the influx on new pass holders. I was roasted by a bunch of people. Luckily the people with the 200 million dollars agreed with me, Now we have 2 new gondolas, 2 new quads and 600 new acres of expert terrain and a completely new base area.
