Housing situation near 7 Springs

I (hopefully) will be working at 7 springs this winter, and want to know about the living situation up there. Right now; my solutions are; 75 minute commute from hometown, 45-60 minute commute from girlfriends apartment in Pittsburgh, or get employee housing. I'm not sure if I want employee housing as I kinda want to live alone/with people im already comfortable with, but I do not want to have the long commute. What's the living situation like around the resort?

There’s probably apartments/ houses for rent within the small towns nearby. Something that would put you at most at a half hour commute. Maybe look in Somerset, Connellsville, Mt. Pleasant, etc. Probably relatively inexpensive as well compared to something in the city like Pittsburgh.
But you might be able to find something up near the hill instead of down off the mtn like said places.

Get an apartment in Hopwood. Lots of nice trap houses there.
