Dedicated Park Skis recommendations

kl3I started getting into park last season. Learned the very basics like 3s, grabs, and front/back 2 outs on rails. Last season, I rode Moment Wildcat 101s as more of a 50/50 all mountain park setup which was great. Thinking of getting a dedicated, only for park ski for next season around 90-96 underfoot (feel like getting another ski in 100 might be too overlapping with the WC101s but correct me if this thinking is wrong). I'm going to be skiing mostly Whistler/Grouse at night if that matters.

Looking for some recommendations on here on what kind of skis I should look out for. Heard good things about Mango 90, ARV96, Edollo, Bdog but generally unsure.

The Wildcat 101 is a widely used ski in park. A lot of the moment athletes use it as their main ski.

if you want something park dedicated and already like the wildcat you should try the frankenski. Getting that moment quality but with the addition of triple camber which adds variety to your quiver.

Vishnu wets are the way, get the wet plus if you hit more jumps than rails

Yeah the Frankenski is a great option if you want to stick with moment. Poachers would be good too and you can still find the '23 rigs for cheap. I'd also recommend the Liberty Helix 88. Fully symmetrical, light and have plenty of pop.

I'd think the new arv 94 would be a good choice. To bad the graphics suck tho

Lots of options hard to make an objectively bad choice. ARV 94 would be a great, Poacher if you can handle the weight, Chonic 94, Bent 90, Frankenski, Prodigy 2.0 are all options too

Dedicated park ski, mostly night skiing. Sounds like firm conditions to me. Find something that has more camber than a ski with a fair blend of rocker. There's a reason that park skis were narrow and cambered back in the day.

I'm a big Moment fan, the wildcat has a decent amount of rocker in the tip and tail. So does the Frankenski. I'm on a big narrow ski kick these days (these days anything under 100 is likely considered narrow). Something like the Surface Sniper seems like a good dedicated park ski.

Everyone will recommend something different, and all skis work differently for different people. If you are going to be buttering around / doing presses on snow, some rocker / softness will do you well. If you want to cruise quickly through the park and bang out feature to feature, stiffer and more cambered is likely the ticket.

Find a brand that you vibe with / that supports skiers you like, and look at the options. It's likely going to be tough to find demos of a large variety of skis you are interested in, especially park skis. Good luck in your search.
