Armada trec pants

So I need some new pants and I think the new trec pant look great but I'm not quite sure about what size I should get. I'm about 5'11 and I'll prolly still grow. I'm looking for a baggy fit but nothing too stupid and when I looked at the size guide it said that the waist on the l size is about same as shitkids xl. Should I go wit l or just go for xl

They're new for this year I doubt many people have tried them out yet. I'm definitely interested too so if I get them through the shop I'll give an update. I've been rocking the chairman pant for them which are great but not the baggiest especially cause I'm 6' 3". I wouldn't trust the size labeling too much because it's not model specific
