ThrillbillytomI have never had that happen, is it directly under where screws are? Regardless I wouldn’t do it yourself. Right now the will probably fix it for free, if you do it yourself you might just void that “warranty”

when they did my boots I watched them rush a lot of people through fast because so many people were waiting for stuff.
