I got this pair of CRJ for $100 this summer and I'm pumped to ski them but I cant decide if I want to just out a pair of pivots on them or mount these older frame bindings.
If I had pivots they'd be a wicked play ski all over the mountain but I wouldn't be able to get off resort. I also have a pair of Faction which are 87 underfoot but kind of already satisfy that resort ski.
If I put these old frame bindings on then I can explore a lot more, off the resort and on it too. Would be nice to get away and make fresh tracks. That being said I have a seasons pass and would likely only use them a couple times in the season as actual frames. Theyre old bindings too and I might not like them for the majority of riding I'll do. Theyre old Diamir FR+ and they were free.
Most importantly, these skis used to have Salomon Guardians on them and I need to fill the holes unfortunately. Was planning on using apoxey or gorilla glue.
