Help my Ikon pass doesn’t exist

My first time buying an Ikon pass (Base). I am not 18 so it was bought under my dads account but it was set up in my name and minor account. I just checked it to get it in the mail and it showed that I had no pass products on my account. We have the receipt for the purchase and it’s in my name but it doesn’t show on my account. What should I do or is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately nothing you can do you now lose that money forever and don't get to ski this season. Its impossible to even reach out to the company in any way to clarify the situation so you're out of luck

It’s because it’s under your dads account. You can’t transfer products across accounts. You have to just call and get your email associated to your dads account and you’ll get your own login. Your pass will show there.
