Mountain In My Mind is a series of feature-length films about mental health in the ski industry that started right here on NS as a thread after I lost my 15 year old brother Jack to suicide.
Last Fall, we screened our 1st film in 15 towns across the Western US.
We just completed our 2nd film, which is slated for 20 premieres all over the Rocky Mountains in September for Suicide Prevention Month and October. The film will go online for free on NS on October 23rd, 2023.
We are currently seeking individuals who would be willing to set up premieres in their hometown or at their college in September and October. For those who can secure a free venue or find sponsors to cover the costs of a venue, we would like to send you a downloadable copy of the film to screen yourself at no cost.
We simply want to get our message out for suicide prevention and mental health awareness in the ski industry.
