Old news but they do have an impact. The FDA thought pictures were too aggressive so never did it. It also might help people who don't know the dangers. I kid you not, my cousin asked me "how bad are these for you". Goes to show there are still surprising gaps in education on the subject. Idgaf what people do tho. Government regulation in substances beyond ensuring label accuracy is annoying.
