Can someone please post a 15 min ish stretching video for skiing only? really looking forward to bettering my skiing and being able to hit my first truck driver when i make my way out to hood. it would also help if it’s a video of you doing the stretches too. appreciate it pray

You don't want a 15 min video of me moaning and groaning with my ass in the air...look up a variety of yoga videos (yoga for tight hips, yoga for hamstrings, yoga for strength, etc.) and then pick and choose exercises from each that you really like. Make a list of like 20 different stretches you can hit on a given day maybe you dont do them all everyday but have a core few you make sure to do at least once a day. Broken my back twice and feel like an old man at 21 lol that's what I do and it helps a ton

Coach watches me stretch, he says he just wants to make sure I’m doing it right but he gets so close sometimes I’m not sure.

This lady use to post pretty regularly on pink bike.

She had some pretty good routines and it made me feel like I looked supremely athletic and fit even though I probably looked like a dog trying to reach an itch.

Oh hell nahh your last name describes that request 😭 Just bend around n shit and make sure your knees and hips feelin good and your shoulders wont pop out
