I have the k2 poachers and I was looking for something lightweight and more versatile on rails. I was looking at the Revolt 95s but I think it would be too similar to the Poacher so Im waning towards the arv 86s but Id like to hear your guys' opinion on which would be a better ski. (Im planning on using the poachers as an all-mountain park ski) and using the revolts or arvs as dedicated park skis
Revolt 95 is lighter and less cambered than Poacher. ARV86 is way more cambered and stiff. Revolt 95 is going to feel a tad surfy and easy to pivot. Honestly I liked revolt 95 as all mountain ski. Didn’t love it as a park ski. I like more cambered for park but that isn’t always great outside the park.
Liberty Helix 88 if you want something narrower and super light or Helix 98 if you want something a little more versatile.
The bamboo/carbon fiber in the Libertys gives them a lot of pop. I have ARV 96 and Helix 88s and I prefer the helix for pure park riding and the ARV for more all mountain jibbing.
