NSislame907I just camped out in the woods with a jar of weed and hiked a mini-park that someone built in the mountains. It was awesome, just me sweating it out while playing music I like. If I couldn't have been able to ski I would've mountain biked while camping.
LiamsasdI like too go for long walks and just reflect and move on some stuff just happens just got to move on cant let it bring you down (or partake in the devils lettuce)

skiermanIts tough because depression can be hard to shake off. Whenever I find myself in that bad place, I adopt a few kittens from the shelter and let them run around in an abandoned gravel pit. Its a joy seeing them romping around, treating the place like its a giant litter box. When that's no longer doing the trick, they make great target practice for the AR. That's certain to turn your frown, upside down!
