What is the perfect spliff ratio.

I personally prefer 70-20-10 between boof, the contents of a marlboro red, and crystal meth.

LiamsasdTobacco and nicotine In general are bad but i would have to argue that most drugs are worse than it except for a few like tha kush maybe shrooms but i feel beyond that it gets kinda iffy even caffeine is bad

eheathtobacco and booze are some of the worst drugs on the planet, just because its legal doesnt mean its "ok" nicotine is more addictive than cocaine, booze is more harmful than heroin.

ive seen way too many of my homies get mad addicted to cigs, go through a very tough and painful process of quitting, when in the end the tobacco is just ruining the weed and its unnecessary.

I have many friends addicted to the nic, some are fine with it, some are not, in the end long term nicotine use is awful for you.

LiamsasdI think its not nicotine itself i think its the exposer and how easy and accessible it is everyone can get a vape or a pack of cigs 11 year old are puffing on their frootloops vapes now so that addict starts so early and everyone is addicted to it same with caffine and how people every morning need a coffee ect

eheathcaffeine is far less harmful, especially in moderation. its pretty obvious to me that you're a young person, cigs were a huge deal when I was a kid, its not different because of vapes, kids have been consuming nic since tobacco came around.

im not sure your point though, you're just saying statements without any sort of opinion, are you trying to justify your own nicotine use?

and in the end, cutting out bullshit from cigs and just consuming pure nic is "better" but nicotine is awful for you man and is not the same as caffeine.

and yea not saying cigs havent been a big thing in the past and nicotine with kids is always a thing but ive found that cigs had slowed down for some years then vapes have really exploded and become a huge thing

and i was using caffine as a comparison to nicotine because of how popular it is in our world and how normalized it is to drop 7 dollars on a coffee every morning

LiamsasdAnd i think why you say booze is more harmful than herion is because more people drink because its obviously illegal if we had a test group of a hunder people who drank vs a hundred who took heroin i think that the heroin would be worse its just about the test size i guess overall right now booze could be worse because so many people drink but heroin as a drug is worse

eheathSo we agree, okay. Cigs are less appealing, they smell bad, they taste bad, theyre expensive and overall our society has started to look down on them. Vapes are just as worse as cigs, less bad shit in your lungs, but 10-20x the nicotine. TBH we should be banning nicotine, legalizing weed and other "narcotics" ie mushrooms that help people.

side note, if you're spending $7 on coffee you're doing it very wrong haha a good 1lb bag of coffee beans costs $20.

LiamsasdI still wouldnt go as far as just as bad but i see where you are coming from i dont drink anymore because its just not good at all but for some you can drink in moderation but it would be pretty hard to do heroin in moderation

eheathits a tough direct comparison and there are many ways to consume opiates, not just heroin, but opiates are fine in moderation too. the issue is when its abused, one becomes addicted and it harms their life. In that vein, heroin and booze are just as bad.

LiamsasdYeah it is hard to directly compare for sure definitely different things entirely i just dont like the justification of opiates at all because of what ive seen they can do to some people but they are both not good and life affecting and can both kill and ruin lives

Ive also seen the effects of extreme alcoholism. theyre both bad, im not trying to downplay one or the other, I'm saying they both destroy lives, just as you said. I actually don't really smoke weed anymore and the last time I did was probably living at hood but smoking a lot of spliffs with people. Got off the nicotine again and have kind of chilled on the weed since.

70/30 80/20 seems to be a normal range around people I know. Have seen leaner and far more aggressive mixes but that seems farely common.

Shitty thing is people who are hooked on the nicotine or get hooked will want more.

Has some friends that smoked cigs that"quit". Their spliffs were like 20/80. Pretty much just smoking ciga called spliffs.

Spliffs are cool but def gotta watch out for the nicotine tolerance.

I started smoking weed on a ski trip and started smoking cigs when i was in japan, where i couldn’t get weed but could buy cigs all i wanted. something about the physical habit of smoking is super crazy addictive, at least for me.
I have honestly mostly stopped smoking cigs because i sort of care about my physical performance. but i def get a craving here and there and will smoke one of i have been drinking.
If anyone younger sees this, do not start using nic, it is expensive, makes you less athletic, and can kill you over time. weed is pretty chill but not if you smoke too much.
