Car camping near Arapahoe Basin

Looks like A-Basin lots are closed for overnight parking. Any recs for nearby car camping where I can post up for a night?

Summit is so blown out with bums that your best bet is to stealth camp in Walmart parking lot or some shit. Nights are still sort of cold here so make sure you have a good sleeping bag.

I’m in a pull off lot with like 5 other cars right between a basin and keystone as I type this, there is more room

Not at all, just loud ass semis. But there’s also a ton of free camping off Montezuma road

Clearly there are cooler spots too camp, but as far as closest to A Basin that is it

If you have any type of OnX or map that shows property lines, just about anywhere that is national forest or BLM land is fair game to camp on if you can find some nearby, which I’d imagine is like all around the area. Best of luck!

thanks for all the info homies! I ended up finding a bed but I’m gonna be up at Abasin Sunday with some other NS dudes if anyone is down. Think they got a rail jam or something in the afternoon
