ReturnToMonkeyWait so you really got an MRI and no doctor ran over the results with you?
DlonettiWhen I got an mri they just emailed me my results and then i had to go talk it over with the doctor later. Its not an instant thing after the mri is done. Granted mine said complete acl tear so it was a little easier to decipher

ReturnToMonkeyHmm. When I went to urgent care for my knee, they took an x ray that night and scheduled an MRI and doctor appointment for the same time like a couple days later. I guess I assumed they would always do that

ModMommyI’ve literally never had an orthopedic one happen that way. Its usually a few days after when the dr interprets it and has a separate appointment for the results.
