Getting surgery on my rotator cuff tomorrow. Was wondering if anyone had any insights/advice about recovery from people who have had this done before. I would like to be able to get back to hiking and maybe climbing by August but I’m not sure how realistic that is. I’d also like to be able to resume skiing hard by the time next season starts (usually October for CO). Any input helps, thanks!
