I actually met a kid in like 2018 who made something like this for himself. He said that after a gnarly brain injury a couple years prior, he’s been having random seizures and feels a lot safer riding chairs if he can secure himself to them, bar down or not. He still loved skiing more than anything in the world and a couple seizures weren’t going to stop him.
Saw this same kid rip the meanest cork 9 blunt I’ve ever witnessed.
Clown this product all you want but if it inspires a single person to keep skiing despite their limitations, it’s a success in my book.

What’s stopping them from having a seizure while skiing then? That could be even more dangerous than falling off a lift. It’s probably a 50 50 shot on whether you have a seizure on the lift or while actually skiing. You see what I’m saying?

You’re better off just not skiing if you are that afraid of having a seizure. It’s your decision if you wanna do that but that’s just my opinion. The product can’t stop you from having an episode and falling off a cliff or getting stuck in deep snow.

ReturnToMonkeyYeah but it helps a little bit. Just like helmets, they can only help so much but they do help. There's tons of people out there with no chance of seizure who still fall off cliffs and get stuck in tree wells. They are a risk of skiing. People's lack of brain cells on the slopes are far more risky and common than people who might get a seizure. Stop being such a hater man

SNURFERI have a fear of heights. When I go to Silverton I wear a climbing sling as a belt and beener it to the chair and no one can tell. Helps my anxiety cause that chair whooph 😅
