aight so i have an issue - when I go skiing I never eat breakfast, problem is that I obviously get hungry very quickly. my issue though is that if i do eat anything before like midday, i need to shit, like urgently shit. have an feed on the lift or stop in the cafe doesn't matter, by the time i get to the top it's a b-line to the nearest toilet, pretty much no exception. i can't work out which of the two options is better, a) hungry, or b) shit.
i know i can't be the only one so looking for input from my ibs bros
