Simply dividing the payout by a billion users for a $5 payout is completely wrong. Great spam article you read... And believed.

The payout depends on how many users from 2010-2022, fill out the settlement form. Then the qualifying users will settle , after the lawyers share, using an algorithm that factors years and usage.

I'll post my $10k credit card when it arrives.
