Scam?

I recently entered one of these instagram ski kit giveaways by theskiing and pow_world. Then a day or two later theskiing messaged me that I got second place in the giveaway, winning a free "Ski Mystery Kit". So I was darn stupid and bought it (23$ shipping). So as it turns out, 2 hours ago I got another message on another acc I entered the giveaway in, with the same message. I am pretty sure I was scammed... Has anyone experienced some shit like this? Just wondering

Yea your dumb ass got fleeced. but you can probably just dispute it with your bank if you paid with a credit card and get your money back
