FKS - heal piece bout to blow

Hey guys,
Trying to get my skis through the last stretch of the season. The two back screws connecting the heal piece to the ski are no longer gripping - when I try to tighten the screws, the screw just keeps spinning. I'll likely blow out the entire heal piece the next time I ski.
That said, is there a temporary fix? Like a plug or something akin to a drywall anchor to plug in the holes with in order to create grip for the screws once more when I reattach the heal piece?

absolutely do not ride those.
You can take them into a shop and have them helicoil them. They will probably hold up till the end of the season.

Helicoils or if you’re not planning on mounting those skis again/using the screws again you could put epoxy in the holes, screw the heal back in, and let it sit.
I did that on a pair of skis that were on their last leg with shot bindings and extended the life of the heel piece by about 3 months.
