I'm trying to remove the cuff screw on my FT Dropkicks, but I'm not having any luck and the screw is getting pretty stripped now. I've held the bracket on the inside of the boot with needle-nose pliers as hard as I can while a friend tries to undo the screw, but I cant get a good enough hold on the bracket and the screw won't budge. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this bastard screw out? Here's a picture of the bracket I'm talking about:
It's pretty self explanatory OP, you get a drill and drill bit capable of drilling through metal (probably a carbide bit, you can get 'em from your local hardware store) and you basically "drill out" the entire bolt.
You gotta make sure your drill bit is the same size if not smaller than the threaded portion of the bolt.
You could also try grabbing onto the head of the bolt with vise grips and try rotating the entire head.
Posting a picture of the other side of the boot would also help :)
If I turn the screw on the outside, then it will rotate the bracket on the inside since I can't get a good hold on it with pliers. I also need the hardware to put it back together, so I don't want to drill it out. I figured someone would have a genius little hack for holding the bracket on the inside.

I think you can buy another screw afterwards from websites. From what I see it’s pretty much your only option
