Backswap flat down question

So obviously when you backswap a flat rail you got to jump a little, but when you back swap a flat down rail do you guys jump when u swap or kind of just spin the back swap w no pop?

I just do a normal backswap. Just throw it maybe a little slower. I don’t really think about popping when I do any backswap it kinda just happens.

best to spin the back swap but make sure to lean downhill more or else youll slide out

Where are you supposed to look on back swaps I always look down and behind me so I can spot the rail but I think it's causing my weight to shift back. So far it's fine because I only back swap flat rails but I'm worried about sliding out on a flat down or other kinked feature.

depends on speed and the angle of the kink and many other factors it ain’t black and white, also i think it’s easier to stay in balance when you hop a little
