Lenny-The show Alone is a survival show where you basically try not to starve by yourself somewhere on the coast of Washington I think. A winning strategy is to get really fat before then go starve while you setup. One dude lost like 150 lbs in about 3 months of eating bugs and nothing. So I would assume in 6 months you could get down from 600lbs if you were only eating bugs occasionally and starving most the time.

thankagaperI love naked and afraid. So many contestants start out badass, and crawl out of the challenge. It proves as humans we have no primitive skills left, dependent on the cheese we are fed... A strategy is acquiring enough life skills to thrive, getting fat to starve, seems like a weak plot ...

That's at least the equation of fat stores to energy. At some point you'd prob want vitamins or something idk.
