It’s not really shin bang because it’s not on the front of my legs rather it’s the back of my legs on my boot line. I crank my boots down pretty tight so I really don’t have too much movement inside my boot.
it only happens after consecutive days of skiing.
im just wondering what to do for this because it’s super painful with every turn and my skiing just goes to crap. My boots are S pro 120.
the answer is probably crash less and rest my legs more, but I don’t want to ski less so any help is appreciated.
