animatorI've done boots and bindings plenty of times. the issue is at least the way I was taught to do it is you have to totally submerge whatever it is you're dying in hot water and let it sit for long enough for the dye to penetrate it. skis are obviously long so finding something that could hold both your skis and enough water would be a challenge. then there's the issue of top sheets having little to no porous material on the top, so it likely wouldn't do super well. plus there's the issue of dunking your ski underwater for 3 hours.... doesn't seem like a great recipe to me. if anything your bases, assuming they aren't black, would be more dyed than the top sheets I would think
