You shouldn't be posting when you're intoxicated.
thankagaperThe flex patterns need to match between your boots and skis. Stiff tongue and straps means pain! You need to be able to bend your body to butter your skis.
I have been trying to tell y'all for a decade that you can't freestyle ski in race boots, but I'm cray cray...right?
Sounds like I'll keep on not learning them.
lil.Boyeit will hurt untill it don't. that's how i learned them
Thanks. Will try to squat more and engage the quads and see what happens. Yes, the difference on a nose butter between a flip-flop fit and a proper ski boot fit is like night and day. Just like practically everywhere else on the hill too.
ReturnToMonkeyFrom a kinesiology standpoint, per my physical therapist, it would be important to have knees bent somewhere between like 40-80° which is where your thigh muscles can stabilize the knee more than the ligaments. Honestly I always feel a bit of pain tail buttering but I'm not super good at them (and don't plan on practicing).
However, tighter/stiffer boots definitely help more imo. I feel pain like you describe when it's warm out and I'm swimming in my boots until I tighten them down a bit. I just got Booster straps and it made nose butters way better for what it's worth
Never landed that backseat. Maybe you should hit the gym more than your keyboard?
Icant_kfedPersonally my behind hurts when landing backseat
