TylerthI don’t want to get flamed for another Vishnu thread, but from what I have seen, this has not been asked yet. I have a buddy who just got a pair of wet +. and he loves ‘em. I’m just wondering how the key, compares in terms of rocker, camber, flex etc. would appreciate feedback on how they compare to the wet + in terms of jumps and flex. Pics would also be appreciated!
animator90% sure this info is all on their instagram and this definitely has been asked before
SchizoSkierkeys soften up dramatically over time almost to the point of brand new wet+. They also have a good amount of rocker in the nose
TylerthMy other buddy is thinking keys cuz he regularly hits the 20 and 30 footers at our hill. He is 5’9 140lbs what length should he get, or should he even consider getting another model?

lil.Boyei hit 13 meter booters (42 foot) on my wets. i mean, keys or wet+ would do it better, but it works!
Icant_kfedPersonally over the keys I prefer the searchbar 189s
TylerthWhy the hate bro, it’s my friend not me! He does not have new schoolers cut me some slack.!
TylerthDang that’s crazy! Would you recommend a wet over a key for rails, and having fun? And what length should he get for wet-wet+ if he were to get them? That’s my buddies last question. He appreciates the help!
lil.Boyei don't think either ones are superior on rails, it's more that the wet is more surfy while the key can hold an edge and typically more stable. he should get 183 in wets or 180 key.
i really do not think the wet is for everyone
TylerthThe surfy feeling is more fun than the key? Does this surfy feeling feel unstable? Sorry, for the questions, just never heard wets described like that!
lil.BoyeDepends on what you want to do. wets can’t hold and edge very well, they are a ski to do more playful creative jib and rail tricks imo. the key is more stable and can hold an edge much better, if you are looking at learning jump tricks, they key would be better suited for you.
i wouldn’t say the wet is more fun, it have more to do with what you want to do in the park. Wets can hinder you a bit in landings and confidense on jumps, but very fun when you just want to play around in the park
hi_vis360Everybody I know who has keys says the noses are very soft
KilaTsunamiThey’re like a reverse mullet… party in the front, business in the back. Lol

TylerthCan you tell a big difference in the rocker when skiing, and is it good or bad? I’m guessing that the rec mount point is not true center correct?
