BradFiAusNzCoCaNice skis. Pressed out of Åre skidfabrik. But yeah they are pricey
Farmville420They have some on sale for like $600ish, would that be a good deal or fair value? Never tried em but I want a pair of super nice skis just to have
BradFiAusNzCoCaThat would be a decent price for them. What model are you looking at?
Farmville420These bad boys
hi_vis360I got some apostle 96 tour for like half off on evo. They are great skis for sure, well worth the 500 bucks I spent on them. But would I buy them at full price for $1200? Hell no. I looked at them real close when I got them and I don’t think the workmanship is on the same level as on3p, which are a bit cheaper. The RMU bases are die cut, and I could kind of feel the seams between the different parts of the base. There isn’t the same attention to detail either. For example, on my on3ps where the edges end at the tip, they bent the edges in ever so slightly so that the base material sticks out like 1 mm farther than the edge, which will help prevent the edge from getting caught on things and ripping out. I also noticed some tiny inconsistencies in the sidewall on my RMUs. Does any of this really matter? Probably not, but my point is that you can get a higher quality ski for less money. That’s only talking full price though, if you can get those on sale I would go for it
Farmville420Good to know, I’m definitely also considering ON3P but they don’t really go on sale, at least not that I’ve seen. Either way both are made in their headquartered states which is the biggest reason I wanna drop a bag on either

BradFiAusNzCoCaRMU is no longer made at Neversummer or Meier. They’re made in Sweden. Same factory as 1000
